Job Description Summary
Kickstart your career with GE Vernova as a Management Trainee at our Gebze factory! This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, work on impactful projects, and develop the skills needed for a successful professional journey. Roles and Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to projects and operational processes within designated departments at GE Vernova Gebze factory
* Collaborate with department managers and teams to learn and support business processes
* Assist in analysis, reporting, and process improvement activities
* Take advantage of learning and development opportunities to enhance personal and professional skills
* Ensure coordination within the team and across departments
Required Qualifications
* 4th year university student
* Availability to work on-site at Gebze at least 3 days per week
* Commitment to participate in the program for at least 1 year
* Fluent in English
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
* Residing in Istanbul or Kocaeli
